After studying the manufacturer options for replacement pastry display cases and receiving a robust endorsement by one of our fellow bakers in our community we contacted The Perfect Fit USA. We spoke with Brian Morris who discussed with us our various manufacturer options and the pros and cons of each manufacturer. We were certain we wanted the Vega display equipment after hearing about their features and how they complimented our needs. We had already been aware of their excellent reputation.

Not only did we want excellent display cases, but we wanted excellent representation and follow-up by the factory and the distributor. Mr. Morris was clear from day one as to what we needed to do to make a smooth transition and he fulfilled every requirement we had of him in a complete and timely way.

Our transition from the old cases to the new cases was on time and without the usual glitches. Our cases are beautiful, our store is beautiful and as a result our pastries show more beautifully than they every have in the past.
