Peter Brown founded Brown Bag in 2009 with the vision of offering healthy, affordable dine-in and take-out cuisine. What started as a simple catering business soon blossomed into three locations; 2 in Knoxville, TN and the newest one in Nashville, TN. Brown Bag prides itself in delivering simple, delicious meals at reasonable prices, providing friendly and compassionate customer service that reflects their values and beliefs, and creating meaningful ties within the community. The Perfect Fit USA assisted Peter and his team by supplying and installing the majority of the commercial foodservice equipment such as fire suppression hoods, cooking equipment, 6′ long charbroilers, walk-in coolers and other refrigeration equipment and plumbing equipment.
